- The accommodation will be available for occupation on day of arrival at 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 am on the date of departure.
- A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required with the booking, the remainder payable at least four weeks before the start date of the holiday. Payable by cheque, cash or internet payment.
- A refundable security deposit of £100 is required at least four weeks before the holiday start date.£250 at Christmas and New Year.
- Bookings and Security deposits made less than four weeks before the start date are payable in full at time of booking.
- Well-behaved pets are welcome at an additional cost. Owners are requested to keep pets off the furnishings and under strict control.
- Please restrict smoking to outside.
- Please leave the property and garden as you found it, in a clean and tidy condition.
- A £50 call out charge will be levied, except for a genuine problem regarding the property.
- The owners do not accept responsibility for, valuables left in the accommodation, accident to vehicles on the premises or incidents in restricted areas.
- Any charges for damage, breakage's, additional cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. if the cost exceeds the security deposit, a bill will be issued for the excess.
- Gas and Electric charges based on meter readings will be deducted from the security deposit.
- All furniture must be returned to its original position on vacating the property.
- All windows and doors must be secured on leaving the property.
